We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want hands-on experience in business, sales, and relationship-building—with daily mentorship from experienced professionals in our Brookings, Huron, or Madison offices.

What You’ll Gain (First 4–6 Weeks)

You won’t be sitting behind a screen—you’ll be learning by doing:

· Shadow real client meetings with a mentor
· Learn how businesses make decisions about employee benefits
· Participate in team enrollments and presentations
· Get daily coaching (not just weekly check-ins)
· Start building confidence talking to professionals
· Earn income while you train

What This Turns Into

As you grow, you’ll take on more independence:

· Run your own client meetings (hello--create your own schedule!)
· Build relationships with local businesses
· Develop a professional network early in your career
· Create a book of business that generates recurring income
· Control your schedule and growth path

First-year average: $45,000–$75,000
